Please allow approximately 7–12 business days for production and shipping.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way. All frames are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

ALL OF OUR PRINTS AND FRAMES ARE MADE TO ORDER, WHICH MEANS WE DO NOT ACCEPT GENERAL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO DOUBLE-CHECK SIZING, FRAME SELECTION, AND SHIPPING INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Damaged prints:

IF YOUR ARTWORK SHOWS UP DAMAGED OR WITH A DEFECT, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. EMAIL US AT MADDIECHURCHPHOTOGRAPHY@GMAIL.COM AND INCLUDE CLEAR PHOTOS OR A SHORT VIDEO SHOWING THE ISSUE AND THE PACKAGING. WE’LL REVIEW IT RIGHT AWAY AND OFFER A SOLUTION, WHICH MAY INVOLVE SENDING A REPLACEMENT OR FIXING THE PROBLEM AT NO COST TO YOU.
