All of our prints and frames are made to order, which means we do not accept general returns or exchanges. We encourage you to double-check sizing, frame selection, and shipping information before placing your order.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If your artwork shows up damaged or with a defect, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at maddiechurchphotography@gmail.com and include clear photos or a short video showing the issue and the packaging. We’ll review it right away and offer a solution, which may involve sending a replacement or fixing the problem at no cost to you.

Can I request a custom print?

Yes! We love working on custom pieces. Whether you’re looking for a specific location, size, crop, or color tone, we’re happy to accommodate. Just send us an email at maddiechurchphotography@gmail.com with what you have in mind, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
