All of our prints and frames are made to order, which means we do not accept general returns or exchanges. We encourage you to double-check sizing, frame selection, and shipping information before placing your order.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If your artwork shows up damaged or with a defect, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at contact@maddiechurchphotography.com and include clear photos or a short video showing the issue and the packaging. We’ll review it right away and offer a solution, which may involve sending a replacement or fixing the problem at no cost to you.

Can I request a custom print?
